Consultancy: What we do (Under your authority)
  • We provide assessment/appraisal on the development potential of your land or property
  • Your brief to us and highlight your requirements, so that we gain a full understanding of your objectives.
  • We represent you and work closely with a Local Authorities/ Development Agency to obtain all necessary approvals for the Land Division/Building Project/Development.
  • We act & work on your behalf with the architect of your choice in assisting with the concept design, layout recommendation, and production drawings and supply you with an accurate cost, plan and programmed schedule.
  • We liaise with the engineer of your choice in respect of storm water management/design plan and any other necessary services.
  • We represent you with various infrastructure services firms (supply/installation/connection infrastructure of power, gas, water etc)
  • We deal, assist & liaise in respect of demolition and removal of existing dwellings on the site (where appropriate)
  • We liaise with the neighbours/public notifications (if necessary) and advising on retaining walls, building on boundary/fencing.
  • We will seek formal planning planning/development/building permission (when required) from the Local Authorities/Department of Transport and other appropriate authorities.
  • We will assist with developing any tender packages that might be needed during the project/development.
  • We assist in the selection of building companies, contractors and associated tendering/negotiating processes reflecting your requirements and the contractor's proposal.
  • We will deal with all parties concerned through better negotiation & communication skills, making sure that your requirements and the final outcome is always number one priority.
  • In all our dealings and representations, we keep records of our consultations & dealings, thus minimizing bureaucracy and make it as simple as possible for you.
  • We provide an on-going service until the development is completed; this forms an integral part of our relationship with you.
  • We continuously monitor the tasks implementation and regularly report on progress.
